The mission of the Back Bay is to provide a place for the community to hold events to encourage interaction between area individuals and believers in a way and place that isn't threatening or ‘churchy’; an alternative type of environment that brings people together in real community.

Currently the Back Bay is used to hold community events that include men’s basketball once a week, interdenominational worship event once a month, monthly interdenominational men’s group event, 5th quarter events for Pettisville High School students after basketball games, special area church youth group events, and home to two different churches who meet weekly at the Back Bay.

The Back Bay is available for family reunions, graduation, birthday and Christmas parties.
